What is the Safety Fest of the Great Northwest?

Safety Fest is an affordable (free) Safety and Health Training Event for the Education of Northern Idaho's and the Surrounding Region's Front Line Workers, Supervisors and Managers of all Levels.

Safety Fest is an effort to increase awareness of and reduce the hazards presently causing injuries, fatalities, and illness.

Safety Fest will emphasize construction and generate industry.

Who is Invited?

Contractors, small and large. Any business required to follow DOSH and OSHA standards. Anyone who desires to improve the safety performance of their business.

Safety Fest 2018 - Another Success

Safety Fest of the Great Northwest – Post Falls 2018 had another successful year. With 57 different trainings offered, Safety Fest had 530 registrants with 1225 seats filled for the three day event.

Employers from the Spokane, Post Falls and surrounding areas were able to send their employees to get training by the area’s best safety instructors in Construction, Mining, General Industry and Agriculture. Some of the trainings offered include OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, Project Management, Accident Investigation, Aerial/Scissor and Forklift training, and more.

Safety Fest is made possible by time and commitment from companies around the area. ABC, Hecla, North Idaho College, TPM, ITD and others make this event successful every year. Sponsors and vendors help with their donations to the event that help with the cost of materials. Special thanks to H&E Equipment for their donation of an instructor and equipment for the Aerial/scissor and Fork Lift training's.
