S.T.E.P.

Making Your Company Safer

The ABC STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) Program was created by the ABC National Environment, Health & Safety Committee and was written by contractors for contractors. It is a way for your company to get recognition for safety efforts along with helping ABC identify and develop safety programs for its members.

Benefits of the STEP Program

· An organized approach for analyzing and developing safety and loss prevention programs

· A valid, objective method for measuring safety program improvements

· A safety performance recognition useful in business development

2010 STEP Deadline

STEP applications are accepted year round. If you would like to receive your STEP Certificate at the IPC-ABC Retro and Scholarship Banquet in June, applications need to be in to IPC-ABC Office no later than Friday March 5th, 2010.
