A Retrospective Rating Plan “Retro Group” is composed of employers in a similar industry who share a common goal. They commit to the state, and to each other to have fewer and less severe accidents. Our philosophy is to "prevent injuries first and foremost then minimize claim costs through professional claims management"

    *Assistance with implementing a safety program within each member’s company
    *Assistance with reducing Plan participants' experience modification factors EMR in
      subsequent years
  • Assistance reducing the frequency and severity of industrial injuries
  • Monthly group retro/worker’s compensation education meetings
  • General group safety education programs
  • A dedicated fund through which Members may receive partial relief of legal expenses
    necessary to dispute questionable, fraudulent claims
  • Representation on Safety and Worker’s Compensation Legislative issues.
