EDUCATION AND TRAINING 
The mission of the Inland Pacific ABC Apprenticeship, Training Trust and Education and Training Committee is to increase awareness of the construction industry to the emerging and existing workforce and to provide training, education, and a network of resources to the construction community, focusing on the "merit shop" philosophy.



Management Education:
The Inland Pacific Chapter strives to ensure that we are offering classes to our members that they need.  Please click here to see a full listing of classes being offered in the Northern Regional and Southern Idaho Region in the near future.

Workforce Development:
The Education and Training Trust committees make donations of time and resources to the Washington Business Week's Summer In Construction program, the Spokane Construction Career Day, the Spokane Pizza, Pop and Power Tools event and the Coeur d'Alene Hard Hat, Hammers and Hot Dog's event. 

We have construction representative in almost every high school in the Spokane and North Idaho area, promoting construction as a viable career choice to high school students.

Scholarships:
The Inland Pacific Chapter is one of the only Construction Associations in our area that has scholarships available to our members in the construction trades.  Click here to find out how you can we awarded up to $2,500 for your college education.
