Dear Fellow ABC Members,

As your 2015 Chairman of the Inland Pacific ABC Board of Directors, I am writing to let you know that our President, Kate McCaslin, will be leaving our Chapter in mid-June.

Kate has been offered, and has accepted, the President’s position for the ABC Keystone Chapter based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This is an extraordinary career opportunity for Kate, and I am sure you will join me in congratulating her on “seizing the moment." Kate's last day at our Chapter will be Friday, June 5, 2015.

Kate has told us this was a very difficult decision for her; she has served our Chapter for a total of 18 years, first in the 1980s, and most recently for the last ten years. It is a bittersweet moment both for Kate and for our Chapter, but we all agree that change, while challenging, can also bring new opportunities for growth for all of us.

Fortunately, we are blessed with an extremely strong team of staff. Each and every staff member is highly skilled and dedicated to us as members, to the advancement of free enterprise and to the Merit Shop. Rest assured that they will continue to bring us the most value possible for our investment in ABC!

Your Executive Committee has already formed a Search Committee and developed a process for acquiring a new President. We fully expect to have a new President on board with enough overlap to be reasonably comfortable in the position before Kate leaves on June 5th.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email, rich@ginnoconstruction.com, or telephone, 208-667-5560. You can feel free to contact Kate as well at katemccaslin@ipcabc.org or at the North Region Office, 509-534-0826.

Thank you for your continued support of ABC!

Sincerely,

Rich Wells

Inland Pacific ABC Chairman of the Board President, Ginno Construction
