ABC fosters a membership environment of commitment to fellow members and our community through a spirit of shared values.

Professional Development
IPC-ABC will be the recognized construction industry leader across the Inland Northwest in business development, construction management training, craft training, and safety training by and projecting, understanding, and then exceeding member expectations and business needs.

Advocacy

The IPC Government Affairs Committee will have 10% of our membership passionately involved, providing relevant sound bites to the membership regarding political issues on all levels.  The concerns of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho will be disseminated appropriately.  Due to the increased knowledge and understanding of the relevancy of the issues, members will be compelled to respond to the political process, with their time and financial support.

Governance

• ABC has an involved, dedicated Board of Directors, each of whom are decision-makers within their companies and who are committed to seeing ABC grow and prosper.
• ABC has By-Laws that are reviewed, up to date and a governance structure  (i.e. committees) that encourages member involvement and is responsive to members’ needs and wants.
• The ABC staff members are dedicated, knowledgeable professionals, who are inviting, customer service oriented and “member friendly”.
• ABC is financially stable and “in the black”, with a solid dues base and multiple sources of non-dues revenue with growing non-restricted reserves.
• ABC continues to have a clean, well-maintained and professional facility that is accessible, centrally located and is on the cutting edge of technology.
